Hi there! I’m thrilled you want to get in touch and/or for considering me to read and review your book. I appreciate each and every request.
The genres that I am most interested in reading and reviewing are: fantasy, myths and legends, historical fantasy, myth retellings, historical fiction, thrillers and spy thrillers. These are my favourite genres and the ones I have the most fun reading.
I am also willing to read and review academic books, though only if they’re in an area that interests me and that I feel I am able to comment on, such as history, ancient history, classics, and related subjects. I will not respond to requests that I feel I am not capable of reviewing accurately or fairly.
I will be unlikely to wish to read genres including horror, true crime, sci-fi, self-help, spirituality, or chick lit. I also do not read school books. I will not respond to requests that I am not interested in.
I will not leave a review if I didn’t finish or enjoy the book. I understand that a lot of work and love goes into each book and even if something isn’t for me, that does not mean it won’t be for somebody else. I would prefer to spread positivity for smaller and indie authors.
